Star provided fittings for 13,000’ of 48” ductile iron pipe being installed by Lewis Contractors out of Austin, Texas to replace failing concrete water mains.  Star has been part of the project’s last three phases and this particular phase received ARRA stimulus funding.

Star Pipe Products completes the 30,000 sf expansion to its Houston Distribution Center and adds two paint conveyors, two multi-spindle and two radial handle drill presses, plus one vertical lather to expedite the finish work on the new line of Domestic Fittings and Domestic Joint Restraint products.
